Mental health awareness week takes place from the 18th -24th May 2020 in the UK .
Kindness is the theme that has been chosen for this year.
Kindness is more than deeds. It is an attitude, an expression , a look , a touch. It is anything that lifts another person.

The conversation on well being has been one to take on the frontline amid COVID-19. The times are very challenging and for many the impact can be detrimental to mental health and well-being. We understand and value the importance of protecting your mental health. By being kind to ourselves we can also be kind to others. Self-care is very important and can often be a challenge.
